WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Many Keepsake Club products are made to order, so please allow time for your order to be created before dispatch. Estimated production and delivery timeframes are provided on the relevant product page.
TRACKING
Each order includes a tracking number, you'll receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
MULTIPLE ITEMS
Some products may be produced or dispatched separately. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages or at different times.
DELIVERY ADDRESSES
Please double-check your delivery information before placing your order. If you've entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered production or been dispatched.
DELAYS
Carrier delays can occasionally occur after dispatch and are outside our direct control. If you're concerned about an order, please contact us and we'll help you investigate.
