SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Many of our products are made to order, which means your order may require production time before it is ready to ship.

PROCESSING TIMES
Processing times vary by product. Please refer to the individual product page for the most accurate estimated production timeframe before placing your order.

DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, delivery destination and shipping method available. Any delivery estimates provided are estimates only and do not include unexpected carrier delays.

TRACKING
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after shipment.

MULTIPLE ITEMS
If you order multiple products, they may be produced and shipped separately. This means your order may arrive in more than one package and on different days. You will not be charged additional shipping after checkout because of split shipments.

ADDRESS CHANGES
Please carefully check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.

DELIVERY DELAYS
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant shipping carrier. Delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, particularly during peak periods and holidays.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe your parcel may be lost, please contact us with your order number and we'll help investigate.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges depending on the destination country. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient in accordance with local requirements.
